Trust Gauge Fans Opinion

The Honest Men Trust (THMT) have launched an online survey to gauge supporters opinions on all things Ayr United. However it is not just the opinions of those who regularly attend Somerset Park that are of interest to THMT as they want to hear from supporters who are not regular attendees or who no longer follow the team. THMT Chairman John Dalton said that the idea behind the survey was a positive one to identify issues concerning supporters and to see what can be done to entice them back to Somerset Park. “We are now at the business end of the season and we urge as many Ayr fans as possible to get along and give the team their backing in this vital stage in our campaign to stay in the First Division.” “In January, over 10,000 fans gave the team tremendous backing at Hampden in the League Cup semi final yet our regular home league attendances don’t reach 1500 and this is one of the main objectives of the survey. THMT are keen to see as many supporters as possible turn up and back the team and I’m sure the players themselves would appreciate that immensely. But this survey is one that will listen to the fans and give them their chance to have their...
